Our company has over 50,000 square meters plant, advanced processing equipment and completed testing systems to ensure products quality. The main testing equipment include: three coordinates testing, American FARO arm three coordinates testing, metal testing laboratory, metallographic analyzer , spectrometer, universal testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, etc. Our company has about 350 employees, which includes 30 high-level technical engineers. For the previous decades, our company already applied about l 5 patents. Along with

TOUGHING TECH has 6 sets of medium frequency furnace ranging from 5 to 10 tons,2 sets of 20-ton large medium frequency furnaces,so the castings per piece can reach 60 tons.
We also have over 10 sets of sand mixer,so the sand mixed capacity is 300kg/min.Besides,there are over 30 sets of large shot-blasting machine,furnace for heat treatment,crane,CNC vertical lathe,boring mill,planer,automatic welder and bending machine.All of the hardware equipments provide solid foundation for the quality of the products.
As for the heat treatment and polishing of the products,TOUGHING can do normalizing,temper,anneal and quenching according to customers’requirements which can improve the mechanical property of products and assure the quality of the surface.Meanwhile,we invest a lot in making pattern of all size.
Quality castings start with quality pattern;we are fully equipped with pattern shop made up of experienced pattern maker.Our pattern shop always produces precise patterns to the standards and tolerances specified by our customer requirements.Our pattern shop also makes new patterns,which are constructed with superior materials.The experienced pattern team always inspects customer-supplied patterns and expertly maintains them in order to have a high-quality product.The craft men are required not only manufacture new quality pattern production,but also maintain the existing patterns.
We have the capability to deal with the CAD files,RRO-E files,CAE casting and other electronic files to explore the entire process.
Except for the traditional sodium silicate sand casting in the manufacturing of mining wear-resistant castings,we have brought in a lost-foam line,which can improve the quality of products.
